Comprehensive Data Backup and Restoration Solutions

Protecting your data is our most important job. We offer comprehensive data backup and restoration services tailored to your organization’s needs. By implementing a system of regular, automated backups with monitoring and testing, we ensure your data is safe from disasters, cyberattacks, hardware failures, and human error. Whether it’s storing backups onsite, offsite, or in the cloud, we use a combination of storage locations to ensure maximum protection.

Why Choose All Net Connect for Data Backup and Restoration?

  • Reliable, automated backup systems with daily monitoring for error-free operation.
  • Affordable solutions tailored to fit your unique requirements and budget.
  • Custom data restoration plans to minimize downtime and quickly restore operations.
  • Comprehensive compliance support for industries with strict data protection regulations.

Affordability is important, too. We can create a backup system that fits your unique requirements and budget. All Net uses the same applications that large IT departments rely on, but we subscribe in bulk. That saves you money.

We emphasize “automated,” but electronic systems fail, too. Enter humans. We check for backup errors every weekday morning. We can train your staff to do it, too.

Even in the most secure networks, data loss happens. Whether it’s a cyberattack, a hardware failure, a software glitch, a natural disaster, or human error, planning can save you time and money. Whether your organization is big or small, your backup procedures can be clear, fast, and affordable. Ask us how.

The 3, 2, 1 rule: We follow the 3, 2, 1 backup rule: create three backups of your data, store them on two different media types, and keep one backup offsite. This approach provides multiple layers of protection against data loss, ensuring your organization can recover quickly and efficiently. For more information, see our blog post on the 3, 2, 1 rule. For details, variations, and exceptions see the All Net Connect blog post

Data lifecycles and Management: Data does have a lifespan. We can help create a “data lifecycle management plan” for storage, backup, archiving and eventual deletion. A lifecycle plan also might have different schedules for various kinds of data, which often depend on compliance rules or your own unique requirements.

Backup Versions vs. Snapshots: We offer two types of backup strategies: backup versions and snapshots. Backup versions are regularly stored to backup devices as part of ongoing system backups, while snapshots are nearly instant copies stored in the same location where they are created. Snapshots offer quick access, but backup versions are ideal for long-term storage. Both have their uses, and we’ll help you choose the best option for your business.

Compliance Requirement: If you deal with clients’ confidential data, the stakes are high. That’s why many industries (and enterprise-level organizations) regulate backup procedures. All Net Connect has compliance experience, including rules for gaming, banking, medical, educational, and governmental organizations.

Immutable Backups: These backups can’t be modified or deleted for a set period of time, so they’re more secure. For example, in ransomware attacks, data kidnappers break into networks to steal files. Then they demand money to return them. That’s almost impossible to do to immutable backups. Plus, they’re usually encrypted. Also on the plus side, immutable backups protect against corrupt files and accidental deletion. Creating immutable backups can be complicated, but there are ways to simplify it. All Net Connect can help.
Air Gaps: Anything connected to the network, including backup storage, is a target for cyberattacks. Especially ransomware. (See this All Net blog post). An “air gap” means the device is not connected to the network or internet by any means, cable or wireless. That makes air gaps impenetrable, except by burglary. The downside is, managing them can be cumbersome.
